Weekend at Home
Dear Chloe,
Wow-this weekend flew by! I can never get enough Chloe time! You’re such a loving sister, coming home to celebrate your brothers’ birthday. He adores you, and was so excited to have you home. You know we all were though, right? Glad you got some laundry done, ate some good food, enjoyed your favorite local coffee spot, and especially shared lots of hugs! It was so sweet to see you two grown up sisters asleep together in one bed. You were also here to say goodbye to our home. The next time you visit will be in a new home where you’ll be sleeping in the “guest room”. This has been our home for 11 years, so much of your lifetime. So many emotions as we packed up your room: photos, artwork, awards...just as you’ve moved on, we’re moving onto our next chapter at home too. I can never get enough hugs, and I loved that you lingered just a little bit, and squeezed just a little tighter today. Our next visit is in Gainesville, and I can’t wait!
